These billets are heated and pierced using a mandrel to create a uniform hollow structure with no weld seam. The pipes are then hot-finished or cold-drawn to achieve precise dimensions and mechanical strength. Depending on grade requirements (P11, P22, P91), pipes undergo heat treatments such as normalizing, tempering, annealing, or quenching to achieve superior high-temperature resistance. Each pipe undergoes strict Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), including ultrasonic testing, hydrostatic testing, and chemical analysis. All Alloy Steel Pipes are certified to major international standards, including ASTM A335 and ASTM A213, ensuring reliable performance in power plants, refineries, and high-pressure steam systems.
