Forged Flanges

Forged Flanges are manufactured by hot forging, heat-treating, and precision machining high-grade steel billets. Known for exceptional strength, superior grain structure, and high pressure-temperature performance, forged flanges are ideal for pipelines, valves, pumps, and equipment connections. These flanges provide excellent reliability, accurate dimensions, and a smooth machined finish, making them suitable for industrial and commercial applications.

Manufacturing Process

Our Forged Flanges are produced from premium steel billets that undergo controlled heating and high-pressure forging to achieve superior mechanical properties. After forging, the flanges are heat-treated through normalizing or quenching and tempering to enhance strength and hardness. Precision CNC machining ensures accurate dimensions, perfect bolt hole alignment, and high-quality surface finishes such as RF, FF, or RTJ. Each flange is thoroughly inspected using ultrasonic testing, hardness testing, tensile testing, and visual checks to ensure compliance with ASME and ASTM standards. As trusted traders, we provide only certified, high-performance forged flanges suitable for oil & gas, chemical, power, and industrial applications.
