Manufacturing Process
Our Plate Flanges are produced using high-strength MS/CS plates compliant with IS 2062 and ASTM standards. The manufacturing begins by selecting premium-grade steel plates, which are cut into circular or square profiles through CNC or plasma cutting. Bolt holes are drilled with CNC/radial machines to ensure precise bolt circle accuracy. Edges are chamfered, machined, or beveled for clean welding.
